Shipping Providers
Our products are fulfilled by HTS Scotland and ship to UK delivery addresses via Royal Mail and to EU and ROW via Royal Mail International - Tracked.  

Tracking
Your tracking info will be emailed to you when dispatched. If you do not receive this, please check your junk folder - should you require further assistance then please contact us.

Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee, we wish we could make this lower but this is to cover multiple items being covered in one shipment. 

UK - £4.95
EU - £13.95
US - £16.95
ROW - £16.95 

Estimated Delivery Times
UK - 2-4 business days
EU - 4-14 business days
ROW - 10-20 business days

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. 

If you have not received your order, please allow 14 working days for delivery in the UK and 28 working days for delivery for the rest of the world from receipt of your order before contacting us, this is in line with the Royal Mail lost order policy. 

EU customers & customs charges
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is received, we pay sales VAT on goods in the UK where appropriate and refunds are not provided by us for VAT liabilities in other countries. All packages for overseas shipment are marked accordingly with contents and order value to allow for appropriate processing at customs. Any questions regarding customs clearance should be directed to the local customs office.

Overview & suppliers
All products will be shipped from the UK. If you buy multiple products, they may be shipped from different suppliers – so it is not uncommon for items to arrive separately. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
